Warwick Employment Group’s internal services are built around the needs of each of our brands and we work to implement the knowledge we have gained over the last twenty years of working within the sector into everything we do, including both our well-established brands and new product lines.
The largely online-based services that our brands offer could not exist without the support of a hard-working and creative IT department. IT ensure our systems are operating efficiently and are responsible for a number of initiatives over the last few years that have driven the Warwick Employment Group brands forward. These include supporting the launch of the Unitemps business in Australia and building a new CRM system to support the jobs.ac.uk sales team. IT are currently working to improve the Unitemps user experience by implementing improved functionalities on the Unitemps website.

Our compliance team are knowledgeable, experienced, and able to react quickly to legislative changes that could affect our staff and their work. From ensuring our jobs.ac.uk job adverts are legal and non-discriminatory to guiding our new Unitemps franchises on developing best practice and ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date, our compliance team can advise and monitor arising issues to mitigate risk and keep our businesses running as usual.
