SearchHigher is the executive search firm developed for the Higher Education sector; we work in HE and understand its nuances, current challenges and needs. We use our knowledge to provide Universities with retained global search campaigns designed to find the right leaders for institutions across the UK and internationally. We work on academic and administrative posts on a permanent and interim basis, from single assignments through to multiple vacancy campaigns.
Our office is located on the boundary between Coventry and Warwickshire. We recently opened an office in London, in addition to our presence in The Shard, and we’re developing plans for a full Warwick campus in California. This will complement our many international partnerships which include those with New York University; Monash University in Melbourne, Australia; and Venice, Italy.
