To provide excellent logistical, project and event support for both online and in person events for Warwick Employment Group (WEG), with a specific focus on jobs.ac.uk.
The role holder will work as part of a team to support the planning process for the annual event calendar, booking external events and making logistical arrangements for materials and travel. They will be involved in the design and delivery of events run by WEG, such as the annual conference and webinar series.
Being the first point of contact for bookings, the post holder will provide excellent customer service to delegates by phone and email. They will take a central role on the day of events to ensure the event runs smoothly and be front of house to welcome delegates.
In addition, the Events Assistant will have the opportunity to work with the WEG Marketing and Design Team to create promotional materials for events, deliver promotional campaigns and support social media activities.
