Food & Beverage Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Assistant to join Warwick Conferences.

In this customer-facing role, you will serve food and drinks, support bar and restaurant operations, deliver refreshments across our venues, and help create an excellent experience for guests and conference delegates. You will also assist with stock control, cash handling, venue set-up, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and service.

We currently have the following roles available:

• 1× Food & Beverage Assistant — Permanent, 36.5 hours per week
• 1× Food & Beverage Assistant — 36.5 hours per week, Fixed-Term Contract, ending 27 Sept 2027
• 1× Food & Beverage Assistant — Permanent, 30 hours per week
• 1× Food & Beverage Assistant — Permanent, 28 hours per week
• 1× Food & Beverage Assistant — Permanent, 25 hours per week

About You

You are a reliable team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service. You will have experience working with the public, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a busy hospitality environment. Experience in cash handling, bar service, and health and safety practices is desirable. A full UK driving licence and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be an advantage.
