“WEG is a forward thinking, supportive and diverse place to work which can provide you with some fantastic opportunities to further your career.”
How did you come to work at WEG?
Having worked in the recruitment industry for 6 years, I saw WEG as a great opportunity to diversify my skill set in a sector I feel passionate about. I initially joined WEG as an Account Manager for jobs.ac.uk, moving over to Unitemps after 18 months to work in the franchise team as FRM.What do you like about working here?
It is a really progressive environment, we are always thinking of new and innovative ways to support the sector and improve our service offerings. Everything we do is centred around the needs of the university and our students and so it is motivating to be part of a shared goal. What opportunities has working at WEG given you?
I was lucky enough to be involved in the launch of Unitemps in Australia and so had the opportunity to visit to attend conferences and run the training at Griffith University in Brisbane. I have also been able to enhance my skills within project management which has always been a personal goal of mine and I recently passed the Agile Practitioner certification. As part of the University of Warwick, we receive learning vouchers each year and I completed a Spanish course this year! What would you say to others thinking about working at WEG?
