Unitemps Annual Conference 2025 celebrates collaboration, achievement and continued growth
Team members from across the Unitemps Franchise Network came together at the Unitemps Annual Conference and Awards on Thursday 11 September 2025 to celebrate another year of achievement, collaboration and innovation.
Over 100 colleagues from 20 university Unitemps branches attended the conference, which provided an opportunity to reflect on the network's achievements, exchange ideas and explore the latest developments shaping higher education recruitment and compliance.
Supported by event sponsor Ascend Payroll Ltd and featuring guest speaker Phil O'Neill from Harper Adams University, the conference offered a varied programme of presentations, networking and interactive sessions. Delegates shared best practice, strengthened professional relationships and took part in compliance-focused activities designed to reinforce knowledge in an engaging way.
The evening awards ceremony provided an opportunity to recognise the outstanding contributions of colleagues and branches from across the network. With an elegant masquerade ball theme, live entertainment and a three-course dinner, the celebrations reflected both the professionalism and strong sense of community that underpin the Unitemps franchise network.
As the higher education and recruitment landscape continues to evolve, bringing the network together remains an important opportunity to learn from one another, celebrate success and shape future priorities. The Annual Conference continues to strengthen collaboration across our franchise partners, helping ensure Unitemps remains at the forefront of university recruitment.
